If you have scanned a counterfeit item
Do not consume or utilize the product. You will see a red warning screen on your scanner indicating a suspected clone or re-scan. Please follow the instructions on your screen to submit a refund claim and anonymously report the retailer to the manufacturer.
Brand Coordination & Takedowns
When our AI network detects "re-scan storms" (the same QR code being scanned simultaneously across diverse geographies), we automatically flag the batch as compromised. Our Enterprise tier includes automated marketplace monitoring, where we coordinate with platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, and regional equivalents) to issue rapid takedown notices for unauthorized listings associated with flagged tokens.
Legal Enforcement
We provide brand legal teams with forensic evidence—including scan location clusters, time-to-open anomalies, and IP metadata. This data has successfully been utilized in civil litigation and coordinated actions with regional customs and border protection agencies to seize counterfeit shipments.
