1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the VerifyOne Platform, APIs, Dashboard, or integrating our physical cryptographic seals into your supply chain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

2. Provision of Service

VerifyOne provides a cloud-based verification ledger and fraud intelligence system. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for API verification requests as specified under enterprise SLAs. We reserve the right to modify the service to patch security vulnerabilities or update algorithms without prior notice.

3. Token Printing & Liability

Tokens printed through our certified Print & Fulfill partners are guaranteed to match ledger records. If you choose to print labels in-house utilizing our API, VerifyOne is not liable for misprinted labels, compromised physical security at your facilities, or token leakage occurring before the product reaches the consumer.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer the scanning application, artificially inflate scan requests (DDoS attacks), or attempt to brute-force the cryptographic salt of our dynamic QR codes. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
